Exchange / Return Policy
Exchange/Return of items without damage in original packaging will be charged AED 30 for courier cost to return it to us.
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased, we will exchange those products (not applicable for pre-ordered furniture) subject to the following conditions:
- Contact our customer service via email info@twinvillewoodcollection.com within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Items must be returned within 7 days.
- The returned items must be unused with original tags, or in its original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
If 7 days have gone by since you receive the purchase, unfortunately, products will not be exchanged or returned.
Credit note issuance:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or issuance of a credit note.
Refund will be processed only when faulty product has been shipped. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Personalized/customized: We can’t refund or exchange on personalized or customized items.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@twinvillewoodcollection.com

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item AED 30 not applicable on damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (except for faulty products).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
