Any order placed and customer plans to cancel items without damage in original packaging will be charged AED 30 for courier cost to return it to us (This is applicable for the UAE orders only).

Any other country the customer will cover any shipping/courier cost to return the product.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased, we will exchange those products (not applicable for pre ordered furniture) subject to the following conditions:

– Contact our customer service via email info@twinvillewoodcollection.com within 7 days of receipt of product.
– Items must be returned within 7 days.
– The returned items must be unused with original tags, or in its original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

– If 7 days have gone by since you receive the purchase, unfortunately products will not be exchanged or returned.
